2. We are not responsible for INCOMPATIBILITY issues and cannot guarantee that the discs will work on all players due to different region settings and disc formats. Make sure your machine is compatible with Taiyo Yuden media/Verbatim/Others media before buying the movies. We will not exchange if later you find out that it cant be played on your DVD player. No refund will be send out if you are not able to play the DVD because that certain DVD player cant play it

3. We are not responsible for postal delays. Transit times excludes weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods (Holidays & Promotions).

4. The Domestics orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days of payment received/cleared by USPS (1-5 business days), Global Priority Mail (4-7 business days) or Airmail (4-10 business days). Please allow 4-5 business days processing time for large volume orders. Items may be shipped seperately depending on availability.

5. International shipments are shipped to you at your own risk. Because there is no tracking available for international shipments, we are not responsible for postal delays or loss of packages shipped outside of the United States. Due to customs' procedures, some packages may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
